Instructions
#### Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
Cut chicken breasts into thin strips.
In a mixing bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
Coat the chicken strips with olive oil and rub the spice mixture evenly onto the chicken.
#### Step 2: Cook the Chicken
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Cook the chicken strips for 6–8 minutes, flipping occasionally until they are golden brown and fully cooked.
#### Step 3: Assemble the Wraps
Lay each tortilla flat and spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise or ranch dressing in the center.
Layer shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, red onions, cooked chicken strips, and shredded cheese.
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap.
#### Step 4: Prepare the Sides
**Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges**
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss sweet potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.
**Fresh Cucumber Salad**
In a mixing bowl, combine cucumber slices, red onion, olive oil, white vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Toss well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
